Donations
- Donations made through this site are voluntary contributions to As a Human Trust for the fundraiser you choose. They are not payments for goods or services.
- Online payments are processed by Razorpay. A donation is recorded on the site only after Razorpay confirms it and the Trust's server verifies the payment signature.
- Amounts shown on fundraiser pages come from confirmed online payments. Direct bank or UPI transfers are added by the Trust's staff after they are reconciled.
- Refunds are handled under the donation and refund policy.
Fundraiser pages and updates
Fundraisers on this site are published by As a Human Trust. The Trust is responsible for the accuracy of the information on each page and will post updates on the same page as work progresses. If you believe something on a page is wrong, please contact us.
Messages, comments and proposals
Messages of support are shown publicly with the name you provide. Do not post personal information about other people, abusive content or advertisements. The Trust may remove any message. Causes proposed through the site are reviewed by the Trust and are not published until approved.
Acceptable use
You must not use the site to make fraudulent payments, to probe or attack its systems, to scrape personal data, or in any way that breaks Indian law.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by law, As a Human Trust is not liable for interruptions to the site, for errors in third-party payment systems, or for indirect losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by contract.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
